Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in San Jose, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
