Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
