Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Northwind Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 645 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
