Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Northwind Junction Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Raleigh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
