Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Charlotte with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
