Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Facilities looks after properties across the Portland region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
