Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Columbus area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
