Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Quarry Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Tampa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 824 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
