Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Atlanta, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
