Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Willow Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in San Antonio producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
