Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Greenridge Nest Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Honolulu. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
