Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
