Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Fox Property Management is a Nashville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 906 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease renewals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease renewals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
