Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Cedar Yarrow Facilities Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
