Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bright Basin Health Group is a healthcare provider in Little Rock with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
