Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bright Forge Freight is a Richmond logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
