Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
