Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Timber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Detroit producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
