Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Nova Thistle Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fresno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
