Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Bright Markets is a Atlanta retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 421 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions.
