Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Foods Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
