Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Loom Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the El Paso region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
