Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Clearpath Forge Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events.
