Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Milwaukee, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
