Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
