Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Boston region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
