Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the Savannah region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
