Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Nova Hollow Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
