Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Amberfield Summit Construction Group is a St. Louis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
