Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Greenridge Basin Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Raleigh, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
