Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Rochester, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
