Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in Pittsburgh with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
