Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Drift Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
