Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Ashton Foods produces packaged foods at its Fresno plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
