Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charleston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
