Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Nova Kestrel Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
