Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Foxglove Timber Early Learning is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
