Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Northwind Field Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
