Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Redstone Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Raleigh, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
