Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Lumen Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Spokane, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
