Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Field Press is a printer and publisher in St. Louis serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
