Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on supplier orders for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
