Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Cedar Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Albuquerque, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 668 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
