Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Rivermark Quarry Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around New Orleans, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
