Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Providence, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of about 346 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
