Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Willow Manufacturing makes precision components in Fresno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
