Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Silverline Cross Health provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
