Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Highbridge Quarry Farms is an agricultural business based around El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
