Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Stonegate Umber Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on supplier orders. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
