Purchasing Coordinator - supplier orders (remote)

Westbrook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our supplier orders. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
